This all level class incorporates Tai Chi and Qi Gong (energy work) which are great forms of gentle exercise that are easy on the joints and may be practiced by anyone, anywhere, even in a wheelchair. Tai Chi and Qi Gong help to improve health, balance, and circulation. Additionally, Tai Chi has been shown to help with arthritis and diabetes. You will learn at your own pace without being judged or pressured to go beyond what feels comfortable for you.
